address the energy saving potential from upgrading to efficient, quality, well
designed LED lighting in the commercial and public sector
Aiming to encourage local authorities and businesses to make the switch to
efficient lighting; and encourage best practice with regard to product quality and
design, as well as energy efficiency aspects
