TECHNOLOGY The Institute of Finance Management announces a workshop
on Computing & Information Technology. The workshop is designed
to provide participants with knowledge and skills on effective
utilizing computing and information technology in their daily
pursuing in a professional manner. It also prepare participants who
are enrolled in middle and high learning institutions so as to
equip them with skills necessary to support them in studying. At
the end of the training, participants are expected to be able
to:
Understand the use of computers and internet in business, social
and academic aspects.
Be able to automate their daily office work such as printing,
email etc.
Be able to secure their computers asserts from hackers.
Acquire all necessary knowledge and skills that it benefits them
in IT modules when joining in colleges or universities.
Course Contents
Computer basics.
Using the Internet for learning and communication.
Secure utilization of computers and mobile devices.
Hands-on.
Target group
This training is relevant to participants interested in
computing and information technology. It is therefore designed to
accommodate form six & form four students prepared to join
college and universities, personal secretaries, IT support officers
and executive officers. Training Approach
Delivery approach will be through a series of lectures,
practicals to give participants hand-on skills, group discussions
and presentations.
Venue and Dates
IFM Dar es Salaam Main Campus from 28/09/2015 to 02/10/2015
Time: 1000hrs to 1400hrs.
IFM Mwanza training Centre from 12/10/2015 to 16/10/2015 Time:
1000hrs to 1400hrs.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, the Institute of
Finance Management will issue a certificate of attendance.
Fees
A fee of TZS 200,000/= will be charged to cover registration and
access to all course materials. Participants will have to arrange
for their own accommodation. We kindly request you to deposit the
