Measuring Healthy Culture
The Business Health Culture Index (BHCI) measures the general cultural conditions in an organization
that enable employees to stay healthy and balanced. For each percentage point change of the BHCI, would
mean an impact on the operating profit in between €80M and €90M in 2016 1.
Internal
Utilizing data from nine questions in SAP’s
People Survey, it measures seven topics.
BHCI is included in People Survey
results and reported in:

under SAP’s social view
