Workplace Clinic

ID Required: If you and your spouse/partner are covered under the City’s health care insurance, bring your UHC insurance card just like you would to any other appointment. If you and your spouse/partner are not covered under the City’s health care insurance, please bring your employee ID or your spouse/partner’s ID number along with your health insurance card.

Location: 841 N. Broadway, Milwaukee (Zeidler Municipal Building)Enter through the Market St. entrance on the corner of Kilbourn Ave. and Market St.

Convenient, on-site health care services at no cost.

• Insect bites• Rashes• Smoking cessation• Respiratory infections

Cost: The clinic is FREE for all City of Milwaukee employees, their spouses and domestic partners. You do not need to have health insurance through the City to utilize.

Monday: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.Tuesday: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.Wednesday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.Thursday: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.Friday*: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Clinic Schedule and Appointments:

Parking is now available for employees/spouses who do not work at the City Hall Complex. You may park at the 1000 N. Water Street parking structure and you MUST bring your parking ticket to your appointment in order to get a parking voucher.
