7. MÉDICAL / MEDICAL [FR] Des services de physiothérapie seront à disposition des athlètes dans les gymnases d’échauffement et de compétition, en cas de blessures ou de taping d’urgence. [EN] Physiotherapy services will be provided in the warm-up gym and the competition floor; for injuries and emergency taping.
8. RÉUNION TECHNIQUE OFFICIELLE / OFFICIAL TECHNICAL MEETINGS
[FR] Un représentant de chaque délégation doit obligatoirement assister aux réunions techniques. À cette rencontre toutes les informations détaillées quant à l’organisation de l’événement seront fournies par le comité organisateur. Voir l’annexe pour l’ordre du jour de la réunion technique.
La réunion technique aura lieu dans la salle VIP du site de compétition située au 3e étage. [EN] One representative from each delegation must attend the Technical Meetings. At this meeting, all information concerning the detailed organization of the event will be given by the Organizing Committee. See the appendix for the agenda of the technical meeting.
Orientation / Technical Meetings will take place at the VIP room of the Competition venue, on Level 3.

10. RÈGLEMENTS ET PROCÉDURE / RULES AND PROCEDURE
10.1 TIRAGE / DRAW
Jour 1 / Day 1 COUPE SENIOR / SENIOR CUP [FR] Les deux équipes de la Belgique ainsi que les 3 équipes du Canada seront assignées à des groupes préalablement à la réunion technique (voir annexe). Les deux équipes de la Belgique seront assignées au groupe A qui débutera au saut.
Le tirage devant avoir lieu lors de la réunion technique déterminera les groupes pour le Japon et les Pays-Bas. Il déterminera également l’engin de départ pour les groupes B, C et D, ET quelle équipe débutera dans chacun des groupes. L’ordre des équipes au sein du groupe demeurera le même à chaque engin. Les groupes suivront l’ordre olympique.
Chaque équipe doit soumettre son ordre de passage à Katerine Dussault, Directrice technique, au quartier général du comité organisateur, au plus tard le jeudi 3 mars à 16h00.
[EN] The two teams from Belgium and the three teams from Canada have been assigned to groups prior to the technical meeting. (See appendix) The two teams from Belgium will be assigned to group A, which will start on vault.
The draw at the technical meeting will determine the groups for Japan and Nederlands. The draw will also determine the starting apparatus for groups B, C and D AND which team will start in each group. The order of countries within a group will remain the same on each apparatus. Groups will proceed in Olympic order.

11. PROTOCOLE
11.1 Marches d'entrée et rassemblement / Marshalling
[FR] Préalablement à la Coupe Senior, la Coupe Junior et le Challenge aura lieu une chorégraphie de
drapeaux. Suite à cette présentation, les athlètes seront invités à marcher directement à leur premier
engin à partir de l'aire de marches d'entrée, escortées par un bénévole.
[EN] Prior to the beginning of the Senior Cup, Junior Cup and Challenge there will be a flag
choreography. Following this presentation, the athletes will be invited to walk directly to their first
apparatus from the march-in area, lead by a volunteer.

Lors des qualifications et des finales, un bénévole escortera les gymnastes vers chacun des
engins. Les athlètes sont priées de se réunir à cet effet à la fin de chaque rotation dans les aires
d’attentes.
Toutes les athlètes compétitionnant à un engin marcheront directement à celui-ci et seront
présentées par l’annonceur, une fois alignées devant les juges, avant l’échauffement spécifique
(N.B. il n’y aura présentation par l’annonceur que lors des finales).
Suivant cette présentation, le premier groupe d’athlètes à compétitionner peut rester dans l’aire
de compétition alors que les autres athlètes du groupe doivent retourner dans l’aire d’attente.
Lorsque les athlètes du premier groupe ont fini leur compétition, les athlètes du second groupe
peuvent se rendre dans l’aire de compétition pour l’échauffement spécifique.
Lorsqu’elles ont terminé de compétitionner, les athlètes doivent retourner immédiatement dans
l’aire d’attente jusqu’à ce qu’elles puissent se rendre à leur second engin en suivant le même
protocole.

During the Qualifications & Finals, there will be a march-in prior to each apparatus. Athletes are
asked to meet in the waiting areas.
All athletes competing on the event will march directly to the event and will be presented by the
announcer while facing the judges’ table, before the specific warm-up (N.B. Presentation by the
announcer for Event Finals only).
After the presentation, the first group of athletes competing are allowed to stay on the
competition floor, while the athletes from the other group are asked to return to the waiting area.
When the athletes from the first group are done competing, the athletes from the second group
can make their way to the competition floor for the specific warm-up and competition.
When they are done competing, athletes are required to return to the waiting area until they can
proceed to their next event, following the same protocol.
11.2 CÉRÉMONIE DES MÉDAILLES / AWARDS CEREMONY
[FR] Les médailles seront remises dès la fin de la compétition. Les gagnantes seront informées à

[EN] The Organizing committee will be collecting floor music’s on CD (one music per CD) during the podium training on Thursday March 3rd. CDs will be returned at the end of the last competition.
12.2 ÉQUIPEMENT / EQUIPMENT
[FR] Équipement GYMNOVA approuvé par la FIG. Tous les engins sont sur podium. Les athlètes internationaux compétionneront sur les panels blancs seulement (la poutre la plus près du sol). 12.3 PRIX EN ARGENT / MONEY PRIZES
[FR] Les médaillés ainsi qu'un représentant du médaillé pourront récupérer les prix en argent au quartier général du comité organisateur à la fin de toutes les finales par engin du dimanche. [EN] The medalists AND a representative of the medalist will be able to pick-up prize money at the organizing committee office at the conclusion of all events finals on Sunday.
12.4 SESSION D'AUTOGRAPHES / AUTOGRAPH SESSION
[FR] Une session d’autographe sera tenue à la fin des finales internationales, dimanche en début de soirée (aux environs de 17h00). Cette activité est obligatoire pour tous les athlètes participant aux finales de la coupe Senior et de la Coupe Junior. [EN] An autograph session will be held at the end of the International finals on Sunday afternoon (at around 17h00). This activity is mandatory for all athletes competing in the Senior Cup and the Junior Cup Finals.
12.5 BOÎTES AUX LETTRES / MAIL BOXES
[FR] Chaque pays aura à sa disposition une boîte aux lettres pour les résultats et les informations générales. Les boîtes aux lettres seront situées dans l’aire d’attente du gym A (côté des barres) [EN] Each country/club will have a mail box for results and general information. The mail boxes will be on a table in the waiting area in the Gym A (bars side)
12.6 REPAS / MEALS
[FR] Il y aura nourriture et/ou breuvages disponibles dans le salon des entraîneurs, situé près des estrades face aux barres, pour les entraîneurs ayant des athlètes sur le plateau seulement. Les entraîneurs sont priés de se servir eux-mêmes dans les réfrigérateurs.
Délégations internationales: voir l'annexe pour le plan repas. Les repas doivent être pris au restaurant de l'hôtel. [EN] There will be food and/or beverages in the coaches' room, located near the stands facing the bars, for coaches with athletes on the competition floor. Coaches are asked to serve themselves in the refrigerator.

12.7 TRANSPORT / TRANSPORTATION
[FR] Un autobus sera disponible pour le transport des délégations internationales entre le site de compétition et l’hôtel Lord Berri. Les autobus s’arrêteront devant l’hôtel. Puisque la circulation peut être dense et imprévisible, nous vous prions d’être à l’heure et prêts à attendre plus ou moins 10 minutes. Un transport alternatif en taxi aux frais des délégations retardataires est possible. Le Comité organisateur ne remboursera pas les dépenses de taxi. [EN] Bus will be available for transportation of the International Delegations in between the competition venue and the Lord Berri hotel. Buses will stop in front of hotel. Since traffic can be heavy and unpredictable, please be on time for pick up and be prepared to wait up to 10 minutes. Alternate transportation is available by taxi if a delegation misses the shuttle. However, it will be the responsibility of the delegation to pay for the taxi. The OC WILL NOT reimburse taxi expenses.
