Industry Speaker Engagements

Put your company in front of the next generation of high achievers. Access expertise and insights from enthusiastic professionals in their chosen field.

Career Readiness Workshops (Webinar or face-to-face)

Industry partners - These tailored workshops are provided either online, or face-to-face on Navitas or partner premises. They are designed to provide students with authentic workplace experience to develop their employability skills.

Education partners - These workshops utilise educational technology to enable students develop their own digital portfolio. We enable students to demonstrate their employability skills and capabilities transferable to the workplace.

Industry Site Visits

Industry study visits are designed to give students exposure in their chosen field and first-hand experience of the world of work.

Employability Masterclasses

A range of employability offerings that give Students practical experiences in Resume Writing, Cover Letter and Key Selection Criteria and Interview Skills.

Industry-based Projects

Students take on a real-life industry or community project. Team-based projects may include competitions, research projects or internal briefs.

Internship Placements

Under these arrangements, students get the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a ‘real work experience’ and develop the skills they need to transition successfully from study to work.

The placements are usually 12 weeks, full time or part-time.

Study Tours

Study Tours are tailored to suit the participants. Delivered to over 18-year-olds with a focus on industry and/or career development.

Career Coaching

A range of career readiness programs and offerings to support transition into the world of work.

Virtual Internship Experience

Industry partners - Virtual Internship Experiences are the next evolution of work placements, simulating the work graduates undertake while providing flexibility to students.

Education partners - The Virtual Internship Experience provides an incredible experience for students to gain career-readiness insights in a chosen career path. This program allows our industry partners the opportunity to feature their workplace and brand to future leaders.

Personal Branding Workshops

Attendees will be shown how to set up a LinkedIn Profile and build their personal brand, and will be provided with a ‘how to guide’.

Spotlight Psychometric Testing

Students complete an online Psychometric Evaluation through our partner Facet5 (Spotlight) to assess their individual Personality Profile. A detailed report is provided that highlights their Strengths, Risks, Challenges and Frustrations as related to their Employability Skills.
