Where are we staying? Accommodation is in blocks.Rooms ensuite Vary in size Girls block and a boys block Stay in a room with people from their class

What will we be doing?Day 1: Morning
We will be in school – we will be taking part in 3 organised activities in the school grounds run by school staff to develop team work as a class.
LUNCH AT SCHOOL If packed lunch please send in disposable packaging

What will we be doing?Day 3:Breakfast Pack bags (please send a bin bag) Two activities Warm Lunch On bus to leave 1.30 pm Back at schoolPLEASE NOTE – TTD We should be back to school for just after 2pm there will be no buses as it is TTD please arrange to collect your child. (If sharing lifts can you please let us know in advance)
Clothing and equipmentWash bag – no spray deodorant Towels

Food Pupils will be getting 3 meals a day and a
evening snack.
Please don’t pack bags full of sweets!
Spending moneyPlease send a maximum of £10
We can not be responsible for money so make sure your child has somewhere safe to keep it and it’s clearly marked with their name
There is a very small shop at the centre which we can access.
Medical Class teacher (or group leader) is responsible for medication – must be handed to them!
Please bring this to school on the day ofyour trip Medication must include clear instructions: � Times to be taken (before after food) � Amount to be taken
Other issues � We realise that every pupil is an individual
and will have their own hopes and fears about a residential
� Please don’t worry about these alone – talk to us about them (there will be very little we haven’t heard of before)
What next? � Talk to us� Help the pupils pack their bags – don’t do it
for them; they need to know where things are � If possible pack clothes as outfits (this makes it
easier for pupils) � Include a bin bag or two for clothes to go
home in. � Practice putting on quilts and pillow cases � Enjoy peace and quiet whilst we are away
