Brief introduction:

Wood band saw blades, toothed, in coils, i.d. 400 mm, non-set, non-sharpened. Made of Swiss and German Origin strip steel.

.Supplied in toothed coils. Narrow blades in wooden "Easy pull" boxes.Coils Wrapped in oilpaper and canvas on wooden pallets of max 1500 kg.

Length of coils supplied per request or in standard 50 m rolls.Widths from 15 mm up to 260 mm. All standard tooth shapes and tooth pitch from 4 up to 60 mm or per special customers drawing.And all standard and non standard widths and thicknesses.

Supplied in toothed coils of 50 m and packaged in “Easy-Pull” boxes.When specify narrow blades: Width should not exceed wheel width plus 5 mm Thickness as a rule should never exceed 1/1000 of wheel diameter.

Wide wood bandsaw bladesCold rolled, hardened and tempered. Made of strip steel C75S and 75Ni8 Dry bright white polished. Tooth form NV and PV. Typ Flex™Band saw blades widths from 60 mm up to and including width 260 mm. Supplied in toothed coils of 50 m wrapped in oilpaper and canvas.When specify wide blades: Width should not exceed wheel width plus 5 mm plus gullet depth. Thickness as a rule should never exceed 1/1000 of wheel diameter.Blades that are too thick can crack due to bending fatigueWood band saw blades widths 100 mm and up branded with unerasable big black logo at every meter of length.
