OUR PHILOSOPHY: Is to provide a meeting place that encourages friendliness, support, opportunity and choice. We endeavour to

Welcome to hey de ho music! We invite
parents (or care givers) to have fun with your
children sharing the pleasure of music. The

The Wonga Park Community Cottage has
taken over the management of the Wonga Park
Playgroups that will continue to meet in the
Playgroup area at the Wonga Park Community
Centre. A great friendly and safe environment
with lots of equipment for children and their
parents/grandparents/carers to meet and
interact.
We currently have groups meeting on:

QIGONG
Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of self-
healing. It aligns breath, movement and sound
in a mindful way to restore health and vitality.
Training can be dynamic, static and meditative.
Qigong can look very similar to tai chi, but is
fundamentally different, in that the purpose is
to generate and store energy and breathing
comes from the abdomen. Qigong can be per-
formed by anyone, of any age or fitness level
and is self regulating according to the fitness
and ability of each individual. It is one branch
of Traditional Chinese Medicine the other two
being acupuncture and herbs. The philosophy
and the 5 element theory and the history of
Qigong is interacted in the training program.

DEVELOPING YOUR DIGITAL
PHOTOGRAPHY SKILLS (NIGHT)
Thinking more about your images.
This practical course will help you improve
your skills with your digital camera. You have
mastered the basic camera controls and digital
photography techniques and are looking to de-
velop your skills and apply them to your
favourite photographic subjects be it portraiture,
landscapes, action, macro, low-light or any
other genre. Understand and be confident with
the use of the advanced features of your camera
as well as lighting techniques, composition, use
of colour, and other many elements of
photography.
This course will expand your understanding of
digital photography and improve the ease with
which you use your camera, lenses and other
equipment. We will go out and about to seek
subjects for our photographic explorations. On
returning to The Cottage we will spend time
