Why are we talking about this? Women’s ability to ask (negotiate) is

hampering our ability to break the glass ceiling and regain pay equality.

If we don’t ask, how can we expect to get?

57% of men negotiate their starting salary Only 7% of women do? Why?

Women earn 77 cents on the dollar. Why?
