Why are we talking about this? Women’s ability to ask (negotiate) is
hampering our ability to break the glass ceiling and regain pay equality.
If we don’t ask, how can we expect to get?
Alarming statistics
57% of men negotiate their starting salary Only 7% of women do? Why?
Women earn 77 cents on the dollar. Why?
Outcomes of this type of behavior? Millions lost

you negotiate ? Did you negotiate for different terms?
