The client (1) chooses his ingredients on a touchscreen, (2) completes his mealwith some asian finger-foods & desserts in a self-service buffet, (3) pays at thecashier before (4) picking his wokbox on the kitchen counter and (5.a) having aseat or (5.b) taking away.

Woké targets the mass market. Clients are graduated people between 20 and40 years old with affinity for modernity. You will meet many (1) youngprofessionals, (2) last-years students, (3) shoppers and (4) out-goers. Wokédoes not specifically target Asian people or asian-food lovers.

Key figures of pilot restaurant in Louvain-la-Neuve: 142m2 + 42 m2 WC, officeand storage. Facade: 7,8m. 78 seats. Sales : >1.000.000 EUR expected for thecurrent year. Average sales: 9,9 VAT incl. / client.

Following the amazing success of its proof of concept, Woké is willing to open 4 points of sales in 2016.

The client fnds it diferent, modern and funny. It provides him with the maximumchoice and extra information (nutrition facts, weight, deals). His meal is alreadybeing prepared while he picks a drink and pays at the cashier reducing the waitingtime to one minute.

The company saves HR on taking orders. It can communicate through screens withthe client. Touchscreens are a real signature for the brand. It facilitates recognitionand creates words of mouth.

Most of all the company gets automatic reporting on its organisation. It integratesrecords minutes by minutes on: ingredients, order, delivery & HR time-clock.

Preparation of all ingredients takes place in our central kitchen in centralBelgium using high-end infrastructure following very detailed specifications.

The restaurant kitchen is optimised to ensure the final preparation of ingredientsfor each client's personalised wok. Only noodles are completely prepared insidethe restaurant.

This provides the Woké restaurant with 4 unique advantages:

High quality with maximal stability of final product.

High productivity: 180 woks per hour with staff of 7 people for therestaurant (including cashiers).

Wok preparation inside restaurant limited to 4 minutes between orderingand delivery.

Easy training. Each staff member gets ready to work in 30 minutes.

6 years of concept research & development in theWoké “lab” in Louvain-la-Neuve have enabled Woké to design the perfect Woké restaurant. It has beend e t a i l e d i n p r o c e s s e s , p r o c e d u r e s a n dspecifications. These are the heart of Woké'smanagement and organisation. 3 leaders of theorganisation have been contracted for their processmanagemnet capacities.

Stephan De Brabandere has been director of Wokésince November 2012. Thanks to 10 years ofexperiences in process management and businessdevelopment, Stephan acquired crucial know-how asregards to Woké development needs. He graduatedat the Louvain Business School (2001) and certifiedin intellectual asset management. Among others, heworked on process management projects for LaPoste, Delhaize, AXA, Altran.

Hiring Corentin de Voghel from Quick was Stephan'sfirst action as director of Woké. As co-manager ofone the best-seller Quick restaurants, combiningrigor and hard-work, he was the best pick to bringexperience and maturity to the concept. Corentin isin charge of operations at Woké. He now managesthe flagship restaurant of Louvain-la-Neuve and isready to extend its supervision to all upcoming Wokéoperations.

Jean-Pierre Derycke manages all operations of animportant food processor. He supervises anddevelops the entire preparation of Woké'singredients.

It offers the right combination of local westerningredients and asian flavours to enter habits of abroad public.

EmotionWoké is really proud of its ability to createinteraction with the client and emotions around theconcept.

By involving the client in the preparation of its meal,it creates a strong link with him with a uniquemarketing potential. With each wok created by aclient feelings are shared and the relationship getsstronger.

There is always one surprise when entering Wokéfor the first time. Thanks to its modernity and itsoriginal concept Woké generates astonishment andword of mouth among clients.
