Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) is an open non-governmental and non-profit international conference organization

The Pilot Zone enjoys 9 preferential policies endowed by the State Council, such as practicing period of foreign

physicians in the pilot zone is extended to three years, allowing foreign capital to hold medical institutions in the pilot

zone, reducing the import tariffs of some medical equipment and medicine, etc. Development positioning of Hainan Province: to keep up with the developed medical tourism destinations like

Switzerland, Thailand and Singapore, and to build “Health Island” and “Longevity Island” a paradise for health and wellbeing for tourists both at home and abroad.

first landing ones kicked off collectively, including

Boao Hengda International Medical Center, and

proceed in order. With 7 billion total investment, the 7

projects are: Yuanhe 301 Precision Medical Center,

Enhance International Cell Therapy Medical Center,

Ciming Oasis Rehabilitation Center for Chronic

Diseases, Hainan New-Life Stem Cell Anti-Aging

Beauty Center, Maritime Silk Road Stem Cell Medical

Center, and Yinfeng Stem Cell International Medical

Center and Chang Sheng International Medical Center.

At present, the projects have reached 14 to be started in

the Pilot Zone.

1 Display Platform

Set up “Big Health +” area for globally celebrated enterprises in the medical tourism application to

display the latest development of “Big Health +”;Set up area for Hainan medical tourism town and

local enterprises to display the future development and pioneering examples of Hainan province and

the Pilot Zone, so that participants and visitors could learn more about the application of “Big Health

+”in international medical tourism industry, thus to enhance the integration and development of

Hainan International Tourism Island.

powerful B2B global medical tourism service, commercial

insurance payment of global medical tourism, cross-border

medical and financial service, cross-border medical industrial

merger and acquisition, international referral and consultation,

telemedicine, training and certification for international medical

tourism destination. Create We Chat public account, make

online roadshow, display and investment attraction platform,

build everlasting “internet +” international medical tourism expo.

WMTC 2016-Boao, China will set up five platforms to promote the present healthcare industry, modern service industry, and urban management in Hainan; the platforms will cultivate and apply the new industry situation and new mode of international travel island + ―medicine +

Sanya, located in the southernmost end of Hainan Island with the most
