What should include: On the top of your style sheet page: Your name
Theme (Same as your trend report theme)
Season (e.g. Fall)
Target consumer (e.g. missy)
Price category (e.g. Bridge)
Flats For at least 6 ensembles
MUST include “Front” view and “Back” view of each item.
Style number for each item.

Organize Flats in a “Style Board” or “Style Sheet”
Designer work boards (=Style Boards) The style work board will be reference sources for all information
needed to write up the cost sheets on each item in the line. And, reference for pattern, cut, and sewn.
Design garments for each group.

A Style board/Style Sheet ONE story (=Styling Theme) is best developed by designing similar
items in ONE fabric.
Requirements: Should include “back AND front” view of garment sketches (=
floats), styles, and style number. Design at least 6 ensembles (= 6 outfits). Use a body template (But, do not include face, arms, legs)
• Criteria for a style board/ style sheet :▫ Understanding Structural Design.
Should include a back view of the garment in a front view. Darts and Seam lines (armhole line, pants center lines), Collar shapes, collar standing. Button or zipper placements.
▫ Functional Design or/ and Decorative Design.▫ Creativity and Design sense▫ Visual effects, appropriate Design Principles, and Elements.▫ Understanding a group line: Consistency within a Theme.▫ Neatness= Aesthetics. (Outline clearly with a Micro Pen).

• Bring the following materials:▫ A body template▫ Tracing paper or any paper that you can see through.▫ A Micro pen and pencil.▫ A Ruler▫ Magazines▫ Glue stick and Scissors
• No materials = 1 Tardy for the class.▫ 1 Tardy = 1 % off the final grade.▫ Each Absence =2 % off the final grade.
