One of the key lessons we have learnt from running events over the past 20 years is that despite useful information

being presented, the real value happens outside the sessions and around the exhibition and meeting areas -

The opportunity exists to submit a presentation to the committee for their consideration and approval for

inclusion on the agenda. No partner is guaranteed a speaking slot. All content submissions will be forwarded to be

assessed by the committee. The Eventful conference producer will liaise with the committee and then notify you of the

date for abstract submission - and whether your abstract is successful.

All efforts are be made to ensure that, should the committee suggest you modify your submission, very clear feedback

is given. As there are limited number of speaking slots, we really encourage you to use the research report (which we

will also supply) to help position your paper. We also strongly suggest you having a customer deliver or co-deliver your

presentation, as user-centric sessions are invariably rated much higher.


Espresso Bar Package

Espresso bar with a designated barista to be located in the exhibition area. Dimensions are 4mx2m and

offered to partners as a branded espresso bar, allowing you to integrate your marketing and messaging

with the coffee bar. Package includes the same rights as a standard Kiosk package.
