The Spa at Corick House also boasts the sumptuous Serenity Suite. A little bit ofadded luxury to your spa break, the private area is in a secluded corner of thespa with no interruptions. Float away to a land of luxury in our outdoor hot tub,curl up in the relaxation area with a selection of herbal teas and fresh fruitjuices, and unwind in the private steam chamber. The Serenity Suite is sure toperk you up and revive all of your senses.

BEAUTY ROOM

Arrival Time Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to treatments. Upon arrival, allguests will be required to complete a temperature check. Guests with atemperature of over 38 will be denied entry to the Spa.

Spa Attire & EtiquetteAs this facility is for both genders, please ensure that swimwear is worn at alltimes if using the Serenity Suite. We respectfully request that underwear is wornfor all other treatments. Guests staying at the hotel must change into their robeand slippers in their guest room as changing facilities will only be provided forday guests. Day guests will be provided a robe and slippers on arrival. Out ofconsideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum.Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off before entering TheSpa. For treatments, it is essential that all guests wear a face mask.

Special ConsiderationsIf you have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, allergies or any othermedical complications we advise that you consult your doctor before bookingspa treatments. If you have a medical condition and would like to know whattreatments you can avail of, please ask our spa therapists who will be happy toassist you. We ask that any customers experiencing flu-like symptoms orsickness to please postpone their visit to a later date. We would also ask thatany customers that may have visited countries affected by Covid-19 or havebeen in contact with a confirmed case, please postpone their visit.

PaymentGuests can pay by credit / debit card and cash. All card terminals will besanitised regularly. Alternatively guests can pre-pay by telephone prior to arrivalor departure.

Thermal Suite & GymThe Thermal Areas in the Spa will need to be pre-booked in advance of yourstay, at an additional charge of £10 Per Person for an hours use. Full Priced SpaTreatments will receive 60 minutes Complimentary Access to the Thermal Suite.The Thermal Area will be restricted to a maximum of 8 guests at any one time,in line with government guidance.

Flexible Booking Policy Cancellations are free outside of 72 hours prior to 12noon on the day of arrival.Bookings cancelled with 72 hours of arrival or non arrivals will be charged theentire booking

SPA INFORMATION

GymThe gym and thermal area will now be open from Friday 7th August 2020 withnew procedures and measures in place to ensure the safety of all ourcustomers and to control the virus.

All gym memberships were frozen from the 20th March 2020 and activemembership will resume on 20th August 2020.

On arrival to the reception all members must now sign in on the sign in formprovided. Please ask a member of our staff if you are unsure of your newmembership expiry date. Use of the gym will not have to be pre-booked.

We would kindly ask all members using the gym to arrive in their appropriategym clothing as changing and showering facilities for gym users will be limited.Please bring your own towel for use in the gym and all equipment/machinesmust be sanitised before and after use.

Members wishing to use the thermal suite will now have to book an allocatedtime slot. Any member not on our booking system unfortunately will not begranted access to our thermal suite. Please contact the spa reception to bookan allocated time. Allocations will be 60 minutes use of the thermal suite,including hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and heated lounger. Membersthat have booked a time slot to use the thermal suite will have access to ourchanging facilities and be provided with a robe, towel and slippers.

The gym and thermal area will be open Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm,Saturday- Sunday 9am – 7pm
