Sweet Anticipation4 Big Ring Carabineer Set (2 Inch)

The Miche Bag 4 Big Ring Carabineer set is our newest addition to our accessories line. The 4 Big Ring Carabineer set will be sold for $10 and will allow you to use any one handle you desire! It will help you to per-sonalize your Miche as well as giving you a couple extra inches of length! With the set you will receive 4 large round carabineers. Follow the set by step guide on how to attach the set.

What you will need:

Four (4) original small round ringsFour (4) large round ringsStrap of your choiceBase bag

Ring guide

Step One- Remove all rings from Classic or Max base bag and handle. It is best to start with a clean slate.

Step Two- Choose the handle that you would like. Small straps, Long straps, Chain straps, Adjustable Strap, Dog-clip strap or Deluxe Strap.

Step Three- Attach one small carabineer to handle then repeat on other side. Place the handle beside you for later.

Step Four- Attach one large round ring to each tab on the base bag (same steps for max and classic).

Step Five- Hold the two large round carabineers on one end together and clip small round carabineers around both. Repeat on opposite side.

Step Six- Take handle and clip each end to the small carabineer attached to the base bag. Voila! Now you have a great new way to wear your Miche Bag!!

In The NewsSay Hello To A Miche Woman!

It’s like a car. Once you own a Miche, you now see it everywhere! If you see a Miche Bag then that means that there is a Miche Woman close by! What better way to expand your Miche busi-ness or to make a new friend by introducing yourself to them!

Introducing yourself may be the hardest part for most people, but with the right opener it can be as simple as this:

“Hello, I couldn’t help noticing that you have a Miche Bag and I thought I would come to say hi, as we obviously both have a great fashion sense! I’m (insert your name here)”.

Be personable and non-abrasive! You already know that she is a fan of the Miche Bag, so you will not need to jump into your sales pitch right away. The least you should expect is to make a new friend that loves the Miche Bag like you.

A way to lead yourself into a conversation with your potential client (or friend) would be to ask where she got her Miche Bag, then ask her if she would be interested in a rep that would be able to give her all the updates and allow her to order future shells with ease.

In The NewsProblem Hostesses

We have had a few questions from HPR’s on how to deal with a “problem hostess”. What is the defi nition of a problem hostess?

Defi nition:

A “problem hostess” would be defi ned as a woman who has a party through an HPR and becomes upset with a particular aspect of the party which may cause strain between the HPR and themselves. There are many things that could potentially upset a hostess; some situations could be party delays (shipping/processing delays), not having a large enough viewable selection, shells becoming retired or out of stock and not obtaining the correct amount in order to meet their requested incentives.

How to defuse a “Problem Hostess”:

Here is a list of ways you can defuse any issue that you could be having between you and your hostess.

1. ALWAYS keep the lines of communication open. No matter how they are acting (unless it is abusive or threatening) pick up the phone when they call. Keeping the communication open between you and her may not be the most comfortable situation at times but will serve you better in the end.

2. Keep your hostess informed. Educate your hostess as much as you can before and during your party. Always have the latest Master Order form so you can inform her before the party of which shells will be available to her. Keep your hostess involved throughout the whole process especially if they have been having reservations about the party.

3. Keep your cool. The best-kept secret when it comes to confrontation is to stay calm. The longer you are relaxed and willing to help your irate hostess the more likely they will begin to calm down themselves.

4. Let us know. If your hostess has become upset and you have tried everything to help the situation and have gotten nowhere, let us know about it. This way we can try and defuse the situation and hopefully be able to fi nd a solution that will fi t both of you.

Leafl ets are important for Home Party Representatives to use and are a useful tool when trying to promote your personal Home Party business. Leafl ets help get the brand out there and show a variety of items you may purchase from Miche Bag. As our stock is always chang-ing and new pamphlets are brought out you may realize that you have older leafl ets left over. Use those leafl ets to your advantage! There is no such thing as an old leafl et when you can use it like a business card. Just tell your potential client that the shells on the leafl et are a sample to show the general idea of shells and styles that you sell with Miche Bag.

I’ve been a Miche rep for about a year now. I don’t think of being a rep as a job. I have a demanding full-time career and being a Miche rep is my escape into something fun. I simply meet people and tell them all the features I love about my own Miche and the bags sell themselves. Many of my hostesses have complimented me on my “no pressure” sales attitude.

One of the best perks of being a Miche rep is having the full selection of shells at my fi ngertips. Each morning my co-workers check out my look for the day, which is likely why they are also my best customers.

I’m an organization freak and hate clutter, so the Miche’s “one bag – endless possibilities” is the perfect solution for me. I’m sure I would have an array of bags and shells even if I were not a rep!

Corporate UpdatesOffice Christmas Closure

Mini Miche UpdateThe launch of the Mini Miche Home Party Program is soon approaching and we hope you are as excited as we are! In January we will be sending out order forms and giving more details all of our home party representatives. We need to concentrate on getting your orders out for Christmas so please no emails or calls about the Mini Miche until January 2011.

Why Does a Shell Retire? One of Miche Bag Canada’s most frequently asked questions are ‘Why do shells retire?’ We think it is a great question to ask!

Corporate Updates25% Commission ClubEach time you refer a woman who signs on with Miche and she has her fi rst party you will receive $100. Once you have referred fi ve (5) women, your personal commission increases to 25 per cent. New women are becoming HPR’s everyday and many of you are very close to joining the 25 % Club. Make sure women know how to become a Rep and use your name when they sign on. You’re spreading the Miche love, make sure you get justly rewarded for it.

Please Note: Soon to be retired shells have no specifi c amount of time that they will retire in. It will depend on the popularity of the shell and season to determine how long a limited quantity will last. Sometimes shells retire overnight- it happens! We do our best to notify our HPR’s of limited quantities left, but some-times like with the Black Tiff any & Crystal, we had suffi cient stock and then it was gone by popular demand.

Retired shells mean that we no longer have them in stock nor will we receive them again without special promotion.
