What we are: Wishes! is an award winning, full service event planning, coordination and design firm specializing in
distinctive weddings. We will capture each detail and ensure that none are overlooked.
We are based in Washington state…but we love to travel. Our bags are always packed with ideas

Whether you have 4 or 400 guests, our planners and coordinators will provide you with peace of mind

Packages After many years in the industry, we believe that we have created two packages that represent the
most commonly requested (and needed) services. We do believe that each wedding is unique and
deserves nothing less than personalized attention. If your needs do not fit within these two packages
we can evaluate the scope of your wedding vision...along with your style, personality, and ideas and
create a completely customized package tailored to your individual needs.

We collaborate! We're used to many cooks in the kitchen; weddings, especially, are a family
affair. We are more than happy to collaborate with all who want to be part of the planning.
You define our role! We will work with you to handle as much or as little of your wedding as
you wish. It's your day, your money. We're there to help you make your vision a reality. We will

Coordination Package - You want to be stress free on your wedding day!
This package is ideal if you have done all of the planning and now need someone to review your
logistics and completely manage your wedding day so you, your family and friends can be guests!
This package will ensure you have a stress free wedding day and your wedding vision is executed the
way you have planned!
Planning Package - You want a partner to help with the planning, design process and provide
wedding day relief!
This package is perfectly designed for you if you are busy during the day and do not have the
necessary extra time to plan your dream wedding. Or, you need a planning partner during the
planning process. Our Certified Bridal Consultant and coordination team can research and call
vendors, visit sites and suggest creative options; all you have to do is make the final decisions. This
package provides a personalized approach to helping you plan the logistics and design of your
wedding day.
Wedding Coordination Package $795.00 - $895.00
Have you enjoyed planning your wedding, but you want to
step back while a professional brings all of your details
together? Do you want someone to manage your wedding
day, so your friends and family aren't stuck working on your
wedding day? This package is perfect for the Bride & Groom
who thoroughly enjoy the planning, but want to be stress-free
on their wedding day!
Before your wedding day:
Unlimited correspondence via email from the date you hire Wishes!
Consultation One (typically held right after you've hired Wishes!): We will discuss what has been
completed and what is still left to do. You will receive our planning packet to guide you through your
planning process
Consultation Two (typically held one month before your wedding day): We will meet with you at your
venue(s) to finalize set-up, design your tailored floorplan and begin creating your wedding day itinerary
Consultation Three (typically held two weeks before your wedding day): We will discuss your final
wedding day details and finalize your personalized wedding day itinerary
Direct your ceremony rehearsal and take anything off your hands you want transferred to your venue(s)
Vendor management:
Refer vendors (if desired)
Confirm arrival & departure times and ensure they know your venues delivery and tear down
procedures
Review all your contracts
Confirm ceremony and reception song selections with your musicians / DJ
Distribute the wedding day itinerary to vendors approximately one week before your wedding
On your wedding day:
Unlimited hours on your wedding day (we are first to arrive and last to leave)
Greet & direct your vendors upon arrival
Ceremony & reception set-up, including DIY projects/decor, programs/menus, escort/place cards,
signage, favors, guest book/sign-in table, gift table and more…
Accept any deliveries on your behalf
Ensure all your important photographs are captured
Provide a wedding day "Emergency Kit"
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise before and on your wedding day
Ceremony management:
Instruct Ushers on appropriate seating arrangements and program delivery
Cue the music
Direct your procession and ensure the wedding rings make it down the aisle
Guarantee a smooth transition from your ceremony to your cocktail hour and/or reception
Reception Management:
Coordinate the timing of your Grand Entrance, any special dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet
toss/garter throw and Grand Exit
Guarantee your photographer and videographer are there for all the important moments/events
Clean-up
Ensure all your personal items are packed and given to the designated person
Did you Hire a Wedding Coordinator?
YES - Some of the best wedding money we spent, hands down! Our venue offered an on-site person
as well, but they weren't going to do nearly everything we wanted (especially in regards to helping
to stage some items the way we wanted or getting things into our car after the reception, directing
the bridal party, helping store bridal party belongings, etc...). It's a lot of little things you may not
even be thinking about. I didn't have to worry about a thing the week or day of the wedding. We
also had a destination wedding so it was helpful to have a local resource to use as well for vendor
recommendations, etc...
YES - Our Wedding Coordinator provided vendor recommendations, built a VERY comprehensive
timeline and worked with each of the vendors on it. Confirmed vendor arrivals the day before the
wedding (trust me, this isn't something you want to be doing) and oversaw the rehearsal. She and
her 2 assistants worked on setting up some of the decor items we wanted at the reception (this was in
addition to the rental companies, she was on hand to make sure everything was set-up how we
envisioned w/ the rentals, flowers, etc...) We had our ceremony in another location than the
reception so they oversaw the rental companies delivery and set-up of the chairs there, did decor
set-up, etc... Oversaw the drinks/snacks we had for the wedding party since we were taking
additional pictures after the ceremony. She had her own "emergency kit" for dress repairs (my bustle
broke), band-aids (someone got cut. It was simply nice that there was someone there that would
take care of EVERYTHING you could think of or want. The list could go on. The peace of mind having
a coordinator brought to our wedding day was SO worth it.
NO - TOTALLY wish I had. I had an onsite coordinator, which I foolishly confused with a Wedding
Coordinator. By the time I realized the difference, it was too late (aka the week of the wedding.)
There were just a lot of little things that I ended up having to delegate to others that she'd have taken
care of. Bringing things from our hotel to church, church to reception, getting Bridal Party members
where they needed to be, etc.
YES - I hired a Wedding Coordinator and it was THE best money I spent on the wedding. I had so
many details (DIY programs, chalkboard menu, favors, moo cards, signing tiles, lanterns, and on and
on) and she and her assistant made it happen even though they couldn't get in the venue to set up
until a couple of hours before the ceremony/reception. She even helped me bustle my dress when
my mom couldn't remember how to do it. She coordinated all my vendors so I didn't have worry
about them showing up and if there were any problems, I honestly didn't know anything about it.
They were OUTSTANDING! I can't say that enough. We had an "on-site coordinator" that came with
the venue who was essentially worthless and if I hadn't had our Wedding Coordinator, I shudder to
think how things would've turned out.
NO - If there is one thing I wish I would have had, it was a Wedding Coordinator, and I had a small
wedding (50 guests, including bridal party). Husband-to-be ended up wearing that hat, and while he
was great, I wish he would have been able to relax. I would not have had a friend do it, my friends
wanted to be with me, getting ready and fussing over hair and make-up.
YES - I just was married last weekend and take it from me definitely hire a Wedding Coordinator!!! I
was not going to at first and like everyone else I have done everything myself as well but if it was not
for the coordinator I would have went crazy. My dad was against paying money for this as well but
after everything was over he gave her a huge tip b/c he realized that the coordinator was a life
saver. We were able to take it all in without worrying if everything was being taken care of or if a
vendor is late, so on and so on..... I would never advise otherwise do it and I promise you will not
regret it.

Do I need a Wedding Planner?
Every bride needs a Wedding Coordinator to ensure a flawless wedding day, but do you need a
Wedding Planner to help you create the wedding of your dreams?
Many couples never even consider hiring a wedding planner, not realizing that having outside help
can save time, aggravation, and even money. Here's an easy checklist to find out if you need a
wedding planner.

Events

Event services are quoted on an hourly rate. Together we'll create a to-do list, and based on
experience, we'll estimate our time and give you a final proposal. We use the flat fee approach, so
you can plan your event budget accordingly and there are no surprises.

~ Krista and Eric are fantastic all around! When you choose Wishes you get 2 coordinators for the
price of one. Krista's husband Eric helps with everything, especially moving heavy stuff! They are a
great husband and wife team. We used them for their day-of package which comes with several
meetings. It was plenty of support for us. I felt like I had a coordinator through the whole planning
process even though we only did the day-of package. She has fantastic recommendations for other
vendors that she willingly shared with us. We used a very reasonably priced DJ recommended by
Krista and were happy with him. I had my own vision and did lots of DIY projects and Krista made
them all come together. She also replaced my florist two or three days before the wedding because
mine had to be hospitalized unexpectedly! She also came to my house to pick up all of our wedding
decor and beer, etc. so we wouldn't have to drop it off at the venue on the wedding day. And on
the day of she and Eric took care of EVERYTHING. While my fiance and I were off with the
photographer, Krista and Eric put together all of my ideas and followed all of my directions and
directed all of the vendors. All we had to do was show up and walk down the aisle when she cued
us. Eric videotaped the wedding for us, too, and made a beautiful edited video of the footage that
we can put to music. What a bonus! My wedding was definitely non-traditional and I never felt
uncomfortable or judged by Krista when presenting my ideas. She is very real, down-to-earth and yet
also very professional. Her services are an amazing value! I cannot imagine pulling off a wedding

~ We were beyond pleased with all of the help and support that Krista and Eric provided to us! We
were planning our Guemes Island wedding while living in London, UK and the long distance made
planning logistics difficult to say the least! Krista worked with us throughout the year to address all the
little and big things we hadn't thought of and to ensure our plans for everything could come through
without a hitch. I always felt at ease when Krista said she would just handle something for us because
I knew it would get done without a problem. We also changed our minds about small details all the
way up to the day of the wedding, so it was so nice to have someone to turn to who would ensure
everything would be pulled off! We were especially grateful for Krista's calm and reassuring spirit on
the weekend of our wedding as she dealt with last minute issues without us even knowing something

I give Wishes 6 stars out of 5. They did a wonderful job on our wedding. We could not be any more
pleased. We hired Wishes for the day of only, as I have experience planning big events. Krista and
Eric did a wonderful job tying everything together and going above and beyond what we didn't
think of. On the day of, they were there every step of the way and envisioned what we envisioned.
We didn't have to worry about one thing. What had to be done was done and looked amazing. I'm
a person of timelines.... Love to keep everything in order. They made sure that we stayed as close as
possible to this timeline. However, even if we didn't have, it would have flowed perfectly with having
the Krista and Eric duo. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a coordinator.
Whether it be for the day of or for the full package. They helped make our wedding be the fairytale

~ The Wishes! team did an excellent job organizing and controlling on the day of our wedding. Krista
provided the exact communication I needed throughout the planning process. Our florist was
recommended and the flowers were GORGEOUS. Our wedding day could have been totally
