HowtobeareviewerinWISEflowIntroductionWhenyouhavebeenassignedtheReviewerrole,managerscanaddyoutotheirflowsasareviewertoensurethequalityoftheexamandassessment.Asareviewer,youareabletomonitorandaccesstheassessmentofallparticipantsontheflowwithoutbeingdirectlyinvolvedinthefinalgradingprocess.

FlowoverviewWhenyouenterthereviewerpage,youaremetbytheFlowOverview.Intheflowoverview,youcanseealistofalltheactivatedflowstowhichyouhavebeenaddedasareviewer,andyoucanquicklygetanoverviewoftheflowtitles,subtitles,andassessmentdeadlines.Thelistcanbesortedforeachcolumninalphabeticorderorbynewest/oldest.Youcanalsofindspecificflowsbyusingthesearchbarinoneofthecolumns.

HowdoIdownloadpapers?YoucandownloadallsubmittedpapersasaZIPfilebyclicking asexplainedabove.ThisprovidesyouwithdifferentoptionsonhowtodownloadtheZIPfile.Youcandownloadthesubmittedmaterialinseparatefoldersforeachparticipantordownloadallfilesontheflowasonefolder.Youcanalsodecidewhetherthecoversheetsshouldbethefirstpageofthepapersorbeplacedinaseparatefolder.Nowclick .

WISEflowwillnowstartgeneratingaZIPfileforyoutodownload.Thetimeneededforgeneratingthefiledependsontheworkloadofthedownloadserverandthesizeofthefileyouhaverequested.You

canclosethewindowandreturnlaterbyclicking again.

WhentheZIPfilehasbeengenerated,thewindowwillchangeandallowyoutodownloadtheZIPfile.Thefilewillbeavailablefordownloadfor24hours.Ifthedeadlineexpires,thefilecanbegeneratedagain.Thedownloadtimeusuallydependsonyourinternetconnection.

WISEflowAnnotateYoucanopenWISEflowAnnotatebyclicking asseenaboveintheoverviewoftheflowpage.Thiswillopentheassessortoolforthefirstparticipantinthelistofparticipants.

1. Selectthetoptoolinthetoolboxinthelowerleftcorner.Thecoloredringaroundthetoolindicatesthatitisactive.NOTE:YoucanactivateanddeactivatethelatestusedtoolbypressingorholdingdownShiftonyourkeyboard.Ifthelatestusedtoolisthehighlighttool,youcanmarktextandpressshifttohighlightthetext.

2. Highlightthedesiredtext.3. Themenuontherightopensupautomatically.Youcanwriteyourcommenthere.Youcanalso

changethecolorandformofthetextand/ordeletethehighlight.4. Youhavetoactivelychooseiftheannotationistobesharedwitheithertheparticipantor

1. Selectthemiddletoolinthetoolboxinthelowerleftcorner.Thetoolisactivewhenthereisaclearcoloredringaroundit.NOTE:Similartohighlighting,youcanactivateyourlatestusedtoolbypressingorholdingdownShift.

2. Clickinthedocumentwhereyouwanttoinserttheannotation.3. Themenuontherightopensupautomatically.4. Youcanchangethecolorandtheshapeoftheannotation.5. Similartootherannotations,youhavetoactivelychoosewhoyouwanttosharetheannotation

with.

HowdoImakeadrawing?

1. Selectthethirdtoolinthetoolbarinthelowerleftcorner.Thetoolisactivewhenthereisaclearcoloredlinearoundit.NOTE:Similartotheothertools,youcanactivateyourlatestusedtoolbypressingorholdingdownShift.

2. Drawinyourdocument.Youcandrawallthelinesyouwant.Whenyouhavefinishedyourdrawing,endbypressingenter.

HowdoIwriteandshareacommentabouttheassignment?InAnnotate,youcanshareacommentwiththeparticipantand/oranyco-assessors.Clickoncommentinthetopbarandselecttheassignmentoverview.Thisisalsowhereyoucangainanoverviewofallthegeneralcommentsyouhavemade.

Amenuopensupontheright,whichissimilartotheoverviewofannotations.Youcanchangetheformofthetext,andyoucanpastefromotherdocuments.Atthebottomofthenote,youcanchoosewhothecommentshouldbesharedwith.Thecommentissavedautomatically.

HowdoIwriteandshareageneralcommentaboutalltheassignments?Clickontheflowtitleinthemenu.Anoverviewofallgeneralcommentsfortheentiresetopens,andyounowhavetoclick"Addnewcomment".

Similartogeneralcommentsforindividualpapers,themenuopensupontheright.Atthebottomofthe

WheredoIfindthesummary?Thesummaryisanoverviewofallyourannotationsandcomments.Ifassessorshavesharedtheircommentsandannotations,thesewillalsobeshowninthesummary.Youcanalsoprintthesubmissionwithallannotationsandcomments.
