1. Create a SmartALEC account at: https://smartalec.smartalecprint.com/smartalec?id=jeffersoncountyal (See SmartALEC handout at reference desk for detailed instructions).

2. Download the SmartALEC APP from the APP store:

3. Log in with your library card number and PIN:

4. SmartALEC is now ready for your print selections:

5. Activate SmartALEC in your iPhone ‘Activities’:

6. Print your document and select page range. Note: DO NOT ‘Select Printer’.

7.Use force-touch zoom feature to stretch document, then access SmartALEC from the icon that appears:

8. Click the SmartALEC icon and your document will begin loading:

9. Once your document is loaded press ‘Send’ and your document will be sent to your SmartALEC account on the print release Kiosk.
