Our standard CableRail™ assembliesare available in 2 cable sizes (4mm and5mm) that are all sold in standard, pre-cut lengths for easy ordering. The greatthing is that you don't need to wastetime taking precise railingmeasurements; just select assembliesthat are longer than you need and trimany excess.

Each assembly comes with aThreaded Terminal fitting pre-attachedto one end and a field installedQuickConnect-SS™ fitting for theother end. Simply secure the Terminalto one end post, lace the free end ofthe cable through the remaining posts,slip on a QuickConnect-SS™, or PushFit Terminal, tension the wire, cut theexcess and finish with decorative endcaps. That's it.

The new stainless QuickConnect-SS™fitting is attached to the cable in thefield without special tools. One-wayjaws allow the cable to easily slidethrough the fitting in one direction butautomatically grab and lock-on whenthe cable is released. Just slip it on, pullthe cable tight and remove the excess.

The cable is 1x19 construction, type316 stainless steel for strength,durability and weather protection.Available in 4mm and 5mm diameters.

The stainless Threaded Terminalfitting is fastened (swaged) to one endof the cable at the factory.

Attach it to an end post using aspecial Washer-Nut and spin the nut toadjust final tension in the cable.

Swage Tension Fork

Are available with left and right hand threads. Used in conjunction with each otherthey provide the most symmetrical design and most economical method oftensioning rod rigging systems. Manufactured from the highest specification 316stainless steel grade 1.4401. Fittings are available in a satin or polished finish.Sizes to suit ISO Metric threads M6 – M27 and UNF threads 1/4" – 1".Larger sizes are available made to order.

Sta-Lok Tension Forks STANDARD CAPACITY

Are available with right hand ISO Metric and UNF threads. Designed for fixed lengthspans or where adjustment is provided by a turnbuckle. Sizes to suit ISO Metric threads M6 – M27 and UNF threads 1/4" – 1".Larger sizes are available made to order.

Sta-Lok Fixed Forks STANDARD CAPACITY

Are required for rod span greater than three metres in length. Designed to developthe full load of the rods, the rod connector is threaded left hand one end, righthand the other end to ensure that the rod assembly remains secure duringtensioning. Sizes to suit ISO Metric threads M6 – M27 and UNF threads 1/4" – 1".Larger sizes are available made to order.High capacity fittings are manufactured to order.
