9:30 a.m. Fair registration and booth set-up Continental breakfast in the employer lounge

11:30 a.m. Lunch is served in employer lounge (until 1:30 p.m.)
3:30 p.m. Fair closes * Please remove recyclables and garbage from the booth before
leaving. Compost, waste and recycling receptacles can be found directly outside MacEwan Hall A/B.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please arrive between 9:30 and 10 a.m. to begin set-up. You can head directly to MacEwan Hall A/B and check in at the welcome table. You can enjoy a continental breakfast with other employers before setting up your booth.
Drop-off zoneIf you need to drop-off any materials before parking, there will be volunteers ready to help unload and transport your items for you. You can find them at the north side of the bus loop, outside the Taylor Institute (TI).
Parking informationThere is parking in Lots 10 and 11, which are a short walk from MacEwan Hall A/B, at a rate of $8/day. If you are looking for closer parking, there is underground parking available in MacEwan Student Centre at a rate of $6/hour.

Tips for a successful fairMake the most of the day with our suggestions:• Get up and around your booth — students are more
likely to approach when employers aren’t hidden behind a table
• Even if you aren’t hiring at the moment, prepare a list of possible student positions that may open up in the future
• Bring company swag or table items — students love freebies!
• Get social with us! We will be active on the day of the event, so tag @hireucalgary in your posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Connecting to Wi-FiYou need to have a valid email and mobile number in order to register. You’ll receive a password via both email and text message upon registration.1. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device and connect to
“airuc-guest”.
2. Open a web browser on your device. Attempt to visit any web page, and you will be redirected to a registration page.
3. Enter your email address, name, and device phone number. Accept the terms of use, and click “Register”.
WashroomsThere are gendered washrooms conveniently located just outside MacEwan Hall. A gender-neutral washroom is located on the floor above MacEwan Hall, past the Q Centre (MH 206W).
