Gifts to Wingate University are gifts to our com-munity’s future. Wingate programs in health care, education, and business have an effect on all our lives. The Wingate Key Program is an innovative way for your home investment to benefit Wingate University students and faculty at no additional cost to you. This partnership with Mitch Eudy pro-vides the opportunity to invest in a local University doing good for the citizens of our region since the Wingate School was founded in 1896.

Wingate University
Founded in 1896, Wingate University is a private, four-year comprehensive institution offering 34 undergraduate majors in arts and sciences, busi-ness, education, fine arts, music and sport scienc-es. Students also can earn a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Doctor of Education degree, masters degrees in education, business, accounting and physician assistant studies, or pursue pre-profes-sional programs in pharmacy, veterinary science, medicine, law, ministry and more.
For adults, Wingate University offers convenient evening programs in Matthews to help them complete their bachelor’s degree or earn a mas-ter’s degree in business or education.
The ideal size of Wingate University (2,159 stu-dents) provides a supportive environment with small classes and personal attention from profes-sors who know their students by name. A ma-jority of students live on campus in dorms and fully-equipped apartments which add to the community atmosphere. Wingate brings edu-cation to life as students explore their faith and serve the community through 42 student-run clubs and organizations.

As an alumnus (Class of 1981) and former Trustee of Wingate, Mitch Eudy’s ties to the University and the town of Wingate are strong. His childhood years were spent playing at his grandparents’ home just 4 blocks from the campus quad. His young adult years revolved around the town of Wingate for work, church, and education.
As a native of North Carolina, Mitch has spent a lifetime cultivating relationships and connections there. For the individual or family relocating to N.C. or simply moving to the other side of the street, Mitch is the agent who can create a truly positive real estate experience.
