MIRASSOU PINOT NOIRFLAVORS, NOTES, BALANCE

Fruit forward and approachable in style

Has flavors of cherry, straw-berry, and red cur-rant, light vanilla and oak notes.

On the nose, Miras-sou Pinot Noir gives forth aromas of earthiness.

A slight whiff of al-cohol alongside a pleasant ripe rasp-berry aroma

FLAVORS, NOTES, BALANCE

On the palate Delicious fruits of

raspberry and plum. The slightest bit of

dryness accompa-nies a dark flavor of cherry, vanilla, and oak.

The finish is short and round with subtle tan-nins noted on the tongue.

well balanced with a round, full mouth feel.

ETHIOPIAN WINES

Most wine drinkers claim that Ethiopia has the best locally produced wine between Zimbabwe and North Africa. There are a range of Ethiopian produced wines in the market at reasonable prices.

HONEY WINE IS MADE FROM HONEY AND HOPS

Saba Tej, Axum Tej, Nigest wine are Honey Wine

Is a honey wine or mead that is indigenous to Ethiopia, is produced from pure wild flower honey and exotic hops imported from the Highlands of Ethiopia.

It is produced without any sulfites, preservatives, or ar-tificial coloring. It is a semi-sweet wine with 13.5% alco-hol content by volume.

Has the flavor of fruitiness, a nice aroma reminiscent of flowers.

Grape mix are composed of 40% Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Syrah (20%) and Chardonnay (10%),

The weather in Ethiopia is very good for wine, the land can support two harvests in a year.
