Swim School Congratulations to all our swim school participants. As well as having a great time you are now all much safer in the wa-ter. Parents, I encourage you to con-tinue swimming lessons where possible. Swimming is such an important life skill in Australia.
Netball Gala Day This Friday, September 21, some of our Stage 2 students will be participating in a Netball Gala Day at the Hawkesbury Netball Courts. We are still needing a referee if any parents or family friends are qualified and available
Cricket Gala Day A big ‘well done’ to our Stage 2 girls and boys cricket teams who represented our school last Friday. The boys won all their games and the girls won two of theirs. Go you Southies!
Regional Athletics Carnival
News to hand. Cheyenne McDon-ald has finished 4th in her age group for Discus at the Western Sydney Regional Athletics Carni-val. Great effort Cheyenne.
Reminder In Term 4, students start back to school on Monday, October 15.

Stewart House Clothing Appeal
Stewart House Clothing bags were handed out to the stu-dents today. Please donate any unwanted clothing, shoes, Manchester and/or blankets.
Please return the (full) Cloth-ing Appeal Bags to School by Wednesday, 24 October, ready for collection on the Thursday.
Bags can be left on the ’F’ Block verandah (Computer Room).
Multicultural Day Wednesday,
26 September Next Wednesday we will be holding our Multicultural Day.
Each class has been studying a particular country and this event is the culmination of our students’ work in this area.
