Dr. Eric Goldstein, The Paul Hertz

GroupWIN kicked off our 2018 Educational Conference with a dynamic and interactive self-assessment session with the renowned Paul Hertz group. Attendees completed a pre-conference survey to determine her/her individual PRINT score. The survey determined each person’s unconscious motivator and shadow behavior.

Unconscious behavior = why we do what we do (not what)

Shadow behavior = automated/exaggerated behavior that masks talents/strengths

“Your success is not a result of your unconscious motivator. It is a result of

limiting your shadow behavior.”
