1.1. Introduction to Certification OutlineThis certification outline is compiled by WiMAX Network Planning & optimization Department, ZTE
Corporation. The outline includes the standards for certifying the network planning and optimization skills
on ZTE WIMAX products which are used by customers and third-parties. This outline can also serve as the
