From 2002 until 2005, Mr. Crainserved as the executive vice presidentand the chief financial officer ofStonepath Group, Inc., a global non-asset based provider of third partylogistics services listed on the AmericanStock Exchange. In 2001, Mr. Crainserved as the executive vice presidentand chief financial officer of SchneiderLogistics, Inc., a third-party logisticscompany, and from 2000 to 2001, heserved as the vice president and treas-urer of Florida East Coast Industries,Inc., a public company engaged in rail-road and real estate businesses listedon the New York Stock Exchange.Between 1989 and 2000, Mr. Crainheld various vice president and treasurypositions for CSX Corp., and several ofits subsidiaries, a Fortune 500 trans-portation company listed on the NewYork Stock Exchange.
