There are many examples of physical change for example, when the icicles formed on the roof of the hotel. Also it is good because you can learn about snow monsters.

Also it is a great experience not just to learn science but also how to behave in a Japanese style hotel.

The snow monsters were formed by when it would snow on the mountainsthe snow would stick to the trees, and its not just any trees that the snow can stick to it is the Amory trees.
