Why Should We Say Thanks?

Veterans Go Through SO Many ThingsWhich includes the followingLosing a body part (i.e. leg, arm, finger, et cetera).Losing a sense (i.e. sight, smell, et cetera).Losing sanity (which might lead to paranoia). So as you can see, all these things might happen. Gruesome experiences might lead to scars for life.

They Keep Us Safe From Other Nations. In war and peace they are willing to lend a hand.Have you ever went up to a Veteran and asked them to help you? They would help.In war, they loyally serve our country. In peace, they are STILL ready to protect America. In war, they save. In peace, they protect. And at any time, they will serve.

They Have To Be Away From Family and Friends. When they go into war, it could be the last time you see them. They could die. They could be severally injured. They could be forever in war.Family and friends might never see he/she again. They might never see him/her the same ever again.

In ConclusionI ask you this question:Now do you understand the importance of just two words (if you are VERY dumb, those two words are thank you)? Imagine this: you were just in war and you almost died for your country and NO ONE thanked you. Wouldnt you feel bad? I would. So save a heart of someone who saved your country. Say thanks NOT just on Veterans Day, but every time you encounter a Veteran.

Always remember to say thanks. The End
