The approach has the capacity to recognize the distinct others and their vulnerabilities
DEVELOPMENT OF DELIBERATIVE RACIAL INTERGRATION
Deliberative racial integration in this paper will refer to a racial integration process that is shaped and given direction by democratic deliberations as well as cosmopolitan norms and values
Approach entails four normative ideas for relationship and dispositions of deliberations known as inclusion, equality, reasonableness and three pillars of cosmopolitan known as compassion, hospitality and belligerence.
