    Why Empire State?

    I have a desire to attend Cornell-Tech for a Masters degree sometime after 2017

    when they move to Roosevelt Island. I hope to be able to participate in changing

    biotechnology into techno biology and help the Cornell Community remain at the

    frontier of this enterprise by leveraging its new teaching model meant to push theNYC tech sector into the frontiers forefront.

    ( New academic model of co-location in the creation of non-digital living tech.)

    Applied science campus.

    The focus of the campus to community techno-bio connection will be in the

    difference of the stoichiology vs methodology that the infinity computer can bring to

    the difference of finite stochastic CRNS used to interface molecular levels of

    organization with cell-level higher level of behavior and infinite CRN language

    molecular programming (cut the polymer in the middle of any ATTCGAAT

    sequence). Grossone compliers enable the finite conceptualizations to realize

    infinite turning results, resulting in different ways to probe and interacte an

    interface onto molecular control through cell functionality. Infinitesimal propagation

    from the place of the cutting is bound by the inifinites and this spans the molecular

    Techno biology will be a new healthy built connection. It will utilize non-digital

    analogs to digital communication through improved health that is powered by new

    energy sources of form. Entropy bridges this formation and the information transfer

    is accomplished by macrothermodynamic temporality onto the individual and thus

    via ecology and evolution the population and species categories and levels.

    Agility and changeability (by using past evolution spaces increase in changeability

    through the technology will permit technology to achieve the newest agility of

    velocities no matter how the space is compounded for any given manufacturing

    Empire State will enable me to focus on so me possible directions for this nascent

    field through the construction of particular independent mentor situations in

    evolution from which I will add the technical and engineering skills as a masters

    program. Empire state will enable me to tailor my undergrad finishing into the

    three hubs of Built Environment, Connective Media, Healthier Life.

    Information Generating Project

    Cornell tech currently relies on the information rich environment of NYC around

    entertainment, medical to provide the fulcrum from which it plans to leverage its

    tech talent in a new way. An exciting possibility of the new regime of teaching and

    industry and government is to actually generate yet another information rich sector

    for society. The new idea is to link genetically historical information to current

    purposive creativity, first in repairing unhealthy tissues , then in promoting more

    healthful living and finally in interfacing to with natural physiology to enhance

    connections to ones built environment concurrent communication technologies. To

    many this may sound like daydreaming but with the motivational boost that

    Technions native community provides the ground is resting ready for in

    construction of infinity computer technology interacting with DNA computers

    interfaced to living cells made from 3-D printers that could socially evolvelamarkian-wise a new information rich component of life that would self-assemble

    itself from Cornell Tech through NYC and beyond. The prior vision relies on NYC

    while this uses NYC to better the world.

    The design of the DNA computer will depend on the relation of the DNA to tissue

    functionality and goes beyond current biotechnology in that it deals with the moving

    forces rather than the substances themselves (genes, proteins). It is an engineering

    practice that manipulates programmatically internal moving forces that while

    internal the body are external to the historically coded inheritable information

    behind the expression of different substances.

    This interface would be difficult to build under a purely industrial backing because it

    demands a signfincant investment in a particular R&D program that only an

    academic environment can select to undertake. It will determine what tech to bio

    interfacing will look like in the next 30 years and needs to be invested in at that

    level or beyond to be worthwhile. Also it is not likely to be developed in a the

    traditional academic model since the principal formal addition requires attention to

    a very unique concept that is not used much in pure and not really at all in practical

    applications infinity. The design space of DNA computers however calls for with

    reliance on past digital philosophies such a relation to math and the Technion

    connection makes this highly possible venture that would be hard to achieve insome other institution and certainly not in those that unlike Cornell Tech are not

    trying to bring the relation of idea creation and industrial application into one

    process rather than being spread out in a sequence as it currently is being done in

    the Valley for instance. Cornell Weill Medical College is in a great position to

    contribute expertise, information and input on how to work out the interface of the

    Logics in the DNA computers to biochemical and physiological problems that can be

    levergage international contacts with the development of the infinity computer

    applied to a new view of biometry, and suggest new theoretical directions in the

    debate between social and sexual selection. For Healthier life the technology will

    be DNA computers linked to actual DNA functionality (in particular between meiosisand mitosis under the topic that was gametic purity metabolically. New uses of

    entropy is here.

    These studies will prepare foundations to describe techno-biology as a field capable

    of extracting energy from ancestral formats and propose a means to create a new

    program so as to be able as a Masters student to program it with grossone

    computations that will lay out tissues (Cell level behaviors) and DNA computer

    components (biochemical reactions networked) to demonstrate the extraction of

    energy from reproducing tissue (AS WELL AS prepare ecological engineerablity for

    ecosystem evoloutioarny experimentation to manage population abundances etc).

    This will permit a new connective media able to link the digital world with the

    electronic nature of DNA computation but using a new infinite math application not

    done anywhere else and fund a new source for energy acquisition (provided the

    If the masters program succeeds a new source of energy for human consumption

    will have been created through a revised evolutionary genetic praxis applied.

    Through a tetration of reverse evolution ecosystem engineered output.

    The importance of the infinity computer is realized when one is interested in

    creating a device able to extract ancestral heritage energy without regard towhether the historical contingencies in its formatting (series into sequence) are

    compounded from continuous changes or discrete ones. The possible different

    Furthermore the creative nature of Empire State will help me to devise a

    philosophy of the new discipline through the learning of German and follow up on

    some advocacy work I began in Church to help the people of South Sudan.

    This project has the hope that rather than waiting for a political solution that tends

    to put the future liability onto the backs of the always next generation that instead

    technology will be able to extract the means for of the future generations through a

    natural extraction of ancestral endowments from the past heritage.

    population increases on the rest of life (what species will survive with man before

    the Sun expands? And/or man migrates life off Earth with living things with it or

    moves with natural speed concussively alive from within the Solar System

    tangentially out).
