necessary medical care. HANCI Home Care serves all ages, from infants to the elderly, and those recovering from surgery. � e program off ers personal care as well

as home management services to help clients keep their homes clean and safe.

Your HANCI nurse will be the link between your family, your physician and the carefully trained staff

assigned to your case. Your nurse will develop a personalized care plan just for you. � e nurse

will then work closely with your aide to make sure every detail of this plan is followed

with care and compassion.

HANCI off ers many other services too, from Adult Day Services to senior volunteer and advocacy
