Dear Parents/Carers We have had a lovely hot and sunny week. Or, we have had a too hot and sunny week depending on your view point! Thank you for equipping your children with sun creams and hats and water bottles it makes it much easier to care for them in school. This week the NSPCC have visited us and talked to the children about their programme Speak Out, Stay Safe and UKS2 took part in a workshop with them. Nursery children attended the disco and came in marvellous outfits. Miss Newton Deputy Headteacher Attendance Whole school attendance for last week was disappointing at 92.78% for a variety of reasons. Our best attenders were Rowan again with 98.70%. Very well done. In second place not far behind came Elm with 98.26% so another good attendance from them, and in third came Beech on 97.89% so well done to them also. The term is rushing past and there is a lot going on in school so let us hope we can improve the whole school figures next week.
