About Rayah Maritime
Rayah Maritime Survey Services is a Turkish maritime ship-ping survey services company, member of Turkish Chamber Of Shipping (DTO). Our main office is located in Istanbul, we also have an extensive and growing team spread across the Middle East main ports “Egypt, UAE, Lebanon and few more”. We have a worldwide well known name among the mar-itime shipping community. We have always been deliver-ing high quality survey services either as independent surveyors with globally top level insurance companies or as Class / RO under the authority of various flags. Addi-tionally, all our branches have separate departments for flag registration and seafarers` certification endorsements.

VISION AND MISSION
Rayah Maritime manages clients relationship and delivers a comprehensive range of services including ships` regis-tration, inspections, testing, auditing, certification, classi-fication and related technical assistance, training and out-sourcing. When appropriate, Rayah Maritime also provides advisory services.
The global shipping efficiency depends largely on the free movement of ships and capital, supported by internation-al standards which have to be set, recognized and main-tained, so Rayah Maritime has expert bodies who have enough knowledge of the international maritime rules in ship classification and related services, so we can help achieving this, and thus bring benefits to ship owners, in-surers, brokers, and flag states. Rayah Maritime has several departments with certain activities as per the following:
, Registration Departments:
• Registration of ships under various flag states “Pan-ama, Belize, Cook Islands, Palau, Mongolia, Tanzania, Togo and other states”;
• Corporation of offshore companies under Panama, Liberia and Marshal Islands.
, Seafarers Departments:
We are in a position to process seafarers` certificate of endorsements under various flag administrations “Pana-ma (assessment & endorsement), Malta, Mongolia, Belize, Moldova and other flag administrations”.

We provide ISM/ISPS Management Consultancy for differ-ent types of vessels irrespective of the size.
, Technical Departments:
We manage the following activities in our Technical De-partments through our qualified surveyors:
• Classification and certifications as agents for Qualitas Resgister of Shipping (QRS);
• Classification and certifications as agents for Cosmos Marine Bureau (CMB);
• Classification and certifications as agents for (Novel Class);
• Classification and certifications as agents for Inter-Maritime Certification Services (ICS Class);
• Insurance and P&I Condition Surveys;
• Ultrasonic leakage test for cargo holds hatch covers;
• Pre-Purchase Condition Surveys;
• Preparing, Review with approval “SOPEP, Garbage, SEEMP, MLC, Ballast Water Management Manuals and SSP and other more”;
• Annual safety inspections under Panama flag ASI;
• General flag inspections under Tanzania flag.
