BEGINNINGS —

Our foundations began in 1993 in a small tin shed in Shepparton,

Victoria. With a small team of two, we began working with plumbers

and the industrial market to show them a better way to reduce risk by

utilising our packaged pumping solutions. As our position in the market

and our direction became more focused, our capabilities grew and with it,

our people.

In 2012, we moved into a purpose-built 2000m2 headquarters on 1.5

hectares of land, further expanding into fully staffed facilities in Sydney,

Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, and aligning with key partners

throughout Australasia to cater for our overseas markets.

Today, Aquatec partners with government, business and residential

clients to deliver water and wastewater solutions for the long-term. We

have become trusted advisors in the industry, with decades of combined

experience in providing turnkey solutions for challenging pumping and

treatment systems.

In the municipal industry that we service, one must always be ahead of

the technology curve and therefore, we have a big focus on innovation

and technology improvements. We are dedicated to our valued clients, to

understanding their needs and providing fit-for-purpose solutions.

Expectations are at the highest level. We always strive for 100%

MECHANICAL FITOUT

Our Mechanical Fitters, under the direction of

our assigned Lead Field Technician, will install

valves, pipework, pumps, etc. as required.

ELECTRICAL FITOUT

Aquatec’s Electrical Team will connect

the pump cables and level controls, place

the electrical switchboard on the slab,

and supervise all testing and approvals of

documentation with the relevant Power

Authority.

COMMISSIONING

At the final commission you will experience

a complete re-run of the pre-tests with all

stakeholders and relevant Water Authorities

involved.

Design & ConstructThrough Collaboration, Innovation and Excellence, we work closely with you on developments to provide a perfect solution with a guaranteed outcome.

DESIGN

Partnering with Aquatec, you gain access

to our in-house team of design engineers

who will work closely and in conjunction

with you, to carefully analyse all aspects of

the project and provide you with a complete

set of documentation and calculations for

construction. We ensure all specifications are

met as our design team works closely with all

parties and authorities.

CIVIL INSTALLATION

Our dedicated Lead Field Technician will

visit site to ensure the civil components are

installed with precision. We will work closely

with your site contact to ensure the complete

structure is installed with care and to exact

specification.

PRE-ASSEMBLY

Aquatec pre-assemble all relevant mechanical

components at our facility under controlled

environments to ensure a smooth and

uneventful build on-site. This allows for a

simple installation with quality assurance.
