We specialise in working with older people, socially isolated and disadvantaged people, people with complex needs and/ or disability, people experiencing mental illness and those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Footprints adopts a non-discriminatory practice and integral to our service is our ability to work alongside our clients, with respect and dignity, to enhance their capacity to live independently in the community. Our professionally qualified and highly skilled workforce operate within a client centred practice framework ensuring principles of strengths-based practice are implemented into service delivery. We works with its funded partners and local communities to facilitate best outcomes for our clients.

At Footprints we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our clients, by working alongside the individual to instill hope. Mental Health is a journey, not a destination.
