Xpoly8Floor Stripper

• New generation high performance floor stripper.• Liquefies old sealers on contact.• Low odour, and fast acting, saving time.• Effective on most types of flooring.

Add recommended amount of XPOLY8 to warm water and apply liberally to the floor. Allow to work for 3 to 5 minutes, being sure to keep the floor wet. Floor will be slippery when it’s wet. Scrub the floor using a black pad. Pick up the dissolved sealer. Rinse the floor with clean water and allow the floor to dry. note: Avoid prolonged contact with metal surfaces.

1. Remove excess soil or liquid.

2. Where possible try to identify the type of stain; look, feel and smell.

3. Always pre-test the spotter on the carpet or upholstery in a small inconspicuous area before using. This is to determine if the product is going to have any adverse effects on the material.

4. if identification of the stain cannot be made then try spotting products in the following order: Mr no Marks Carpet Master or Mr no Marks Fabric Master, Mr no Marks Fabrisan, Fabrisolv.

5. Apply spotter with a clean white cloth and gently dab the stain working from the outside towards the centre.

6. For deep stains apply spotter directly to the carpet. DO nOT soak the carpet.

7. Rinse the area with water (if possible) after the stain has been removed.

8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for stubborn stains.

9. if appropriate restore the carpet pile to its original shape by combing the carpet.

pROTECT STONE & CONCRETE SEALER Water based stone and concrete penetrating sealer. Suitable for use on most porous surfaces including concrete, sandstone, granite, marble, slate, brick and tiles. Helps repel oil and water based stains. Helps to prevent acid and efflorescence damage. Non yellowing and UV resistant. Does not contain dangerous and toxic solvents.

EXEmpLIFYSolvent based acrylic seal. Uses low toxicity orange solvents. Semi-permanent seal, extremely hard wearing and high gloss. For use on terrazzo, ceramic tiles, slate, granite and marble.

• I have a slip problem on my floor, what should I do?

Clean the floor thoroughly using Tempo HD and if possible while still wet scrub the floor using a buffing machine with a blue pad. Remove the solution with a clean mop. Allow the floor to dry and then buff again using a clean red pad until the floor surface is clear. Recoat the floor surface with two light coats of Sealer (use a dedicated polish mop and bucket).

• Are your products slip resistant?Yes! Whiteley hard floor sealers are slip resistant according to AS 4586:2013. Regular use of Rejuven8 or glokleen in your maintenance schedule will also increase floor grip.

• What is the best maintenance schedule for a sealed floor?

Daily: Sweep floor

Alternate Days:> (4-5 days/week) Mop or scrub floor with Tempo

HD & then buff. > (2-3 days/week) Mop or scrub floor with Rejuven8

and then buff. This provides extra wear and durability to the floor finish while also increasing slip resistance.

Yellow floors are a typically an indication that you may be either using too much maintainer, or the polish is getting old and worn, especially in areas of high traffic. it is suggested that you either wash off the old maintainer, or strip and reseal to bring back the gloss to your floor.

• What’s this flaky powder residue on my floor?

irregularity in the floor polish finish is uncommon and can be detected within days of the sealer being laid. This could be because the pH is an issue, or the conditions are too cold or too humid. it is advised that if you live in colder regions of Australia that you plan to seal your floor in the warmer months of the year.

• Why does my floor look dull and scuffed?

general wear and tear caused by the rigours of daily traffic will naturally degrade the quality of the polish over time. Rejuven8 should be used in your maintenance schedule as it will replenish and protect the surface of your floor.
