Tessup Lake Geology

History

• Previous property owner discovered a magnetite zone that was 25 meters wide and has strike length of greater then 900 meters.

• Minescape flew AEM survey in 1997 and identified several large magnetic highs and coincident Moderate to strong conductive areas.

• Minescape initiated ground HLEM and located further conductive horizons along with magnetic trends.

• Minescape drilled three diamond drill holes in the winter of 1997

Airborne Magnetic Survey

Airborne Magnetic survey

Minescape Drilling

Drill Holes • T97-1 drilled at 70 degrees to the Southeast and appears to of

intersected part of conductor B with values up to 2.68%Cu, 0.14%Ni, 0.09%Co, and 9.7g/t Ag, there were also highly anomalous pge’s intersected as well. B Conductor continues for approximately 800 meters further to the Southwest.

• T97-2 drilled at 90 degrees and located 75 meters Northwest of conductor B..

• T97-3 drilled at 90 degrees,, the conductor is located 60 meters further South East and would not of intersected source but did encounter anomalous values, copper, nickel, cobalt and pge’s.

Conclusions & Recommendations

• Area of high magnetics with coincident AEM and ground HLEM remain untested!!

• Drilling by previous vender identified highly anomalous values of copper, nickel, cobalt, silver plus pge’s.

• New AEM survey to be flown over entire area
