 White House Watchdog.

 The OJP has oversight of ourU.S. Department of Justice(DOJ). OJP watchdog issupposed to bark a viciousalarm to alert Congress of criminology research relevantto crime prevention.

Crime Prevention premises

upon criminology research thatseeks to discover the rudimentcause of criminal behaviors.

It is impossible to preventcrime void of said discovery.

 Why Watchdog hasbeen muzzled?

 The reason the DOJ hasmuzzled the White House’s watchdog is to save jobs for

law enforcement personnel.

 Judges, prosecutors andpolice have been secretpartners in crime. They havecolluded under the table topropagate the myth thatpunishment deters crime.

 The OJP could havedispelled the myth by 

reporting to Congress thatcrime is a medical diseasecommunicated by a virus.

 The Surgeon General isliable for crime prevention.

 Who suffers frommuzzling?

Crime victims, criminaldefendants and taxpayershave suffered from DOJ

muzzling watchdog.

 Victims have suffered frombeing raped, robbed,kidnapped, maimed ormurdered etc.

Criminal defendants havesuffered imprisonment orcapital punishment.

 Taxpayers have sufferedthe exorbitant cost to fundmanhunt, prosecution andhousing of inmates.

 Take off the dam muzzle!

 White House Watchdog?

 Judges prosecutors and police‘Exterminators’

 Judges, prosecutors and police are the sole benefactors who profit from the DOJmuzzling White House Watchdog. The DOJ is able to blackmail Congress to raise thebudget to hire more law enforcement personnel in lieu of the rising crime rate.

Law enforcement personnel have terrorized the American public to believe that if 

Congress were to lower the budget for police, then the crime rate will skyrocket.

 The DOJ has promoted McGruff ad, “Take a bite out of crime!”. McGruff is taking abite out of taxpayers’ wallet.

Promised to clean up city streets

 The DOJ has promised America to clean up our city streets by adding more prisons. Jails have grown overcrowded. Criminals have become a pest or public nuisance.

Have Exterminators lived up to their promise? [ ] YES [ X ] NO MAYBE [ ]

 Why has Congress continued to raise the budget for the DOJ if jails have failed as a viable solution to exterminate criminals as our pest or public nuisance?

Exterminator’s Explanation for Raise

 The exterminator claims that the reason he or she may need a raise isbecause the population of pest has grown larger and the raise will afford

him or her the opportunity to buy a larger quantity of worthless pesticide.

 Very Creepy Suggestion

Congress has been stupid enough to fund the OJP serve as theofficial White House Watchdog and allow the DOJ to muzzle the Watchdog in order to blackmail Congress for budget increase.

I suggest Congress should have placed the OJP under

supervision of Internal Revenue Services (IRS). The IRS would

have deterred DOJ from muzzling the White House Watchdog.

Taxpayers wouldn’t be paying for police services that have

increased the over population of pest or public nuisance.

Of course a dunce may not comprehend the imminent harm of 

muzzling the White House Watchdog!
