    Where: Marriott on the Magnificent Mile - Chicago, IL On behalf of everyone at eClinicalWorks, we invite you to join us at the 2012 Users Group Meeting in Chicago, Illinois on Saturday and Sunday, April 28th and 29th. This regional event is designed specifically to give our attendees the opportunity to learn more about exciting innovations that eClinicalWorks has planned for 2012, as well as offer the chance to make valuable connections with eClinicalWorks users and healthcare professionals in your region. This event, which spans nearly two days, will include over 40 breakout sessions geared towards physicians, billers, front office and back office staff, as well as practice administrators. Our Support and Training rooms will also be open, as a place where you will be able to get firsthand assistance with any questions you may have from your practice. You will also have a chance to meet with our sponsors and hear about their services that can contribute to a better workflow in your organization. We will also have several panel sessions where you will be able to hear from peers on best practices and actively engage with our ongoing discussion of Improving Healthcare Together™.

    Title: Team Approach to Asthma in the NCQA Medical Home Abstract: Asthma is a condition of the NCQA Medical Home. Asthma is a highly prevalent condition affecting both pediatric and adult patient populations. Treatment options abound and standard guidelines are available, yet Asthma is frequently poorly diagnosed and inaccurately classified by many clinical professionals. Effective treatment is not often appropriately selected for the diagnostic classification. To adequately care for a patient with Asthma, you need a team approach which includes support staff, patient, family school and community. Open Door will share their team approach and how they leverage eClinicalWorks in their approach to achieve Medical Home Certification.

    Title: eBO Workshop - Unleash the Report Author in You Abstract: Depending on your area of interest, each focus group will educate attendees on existing content, best practice guides, and an in-depth report authoring demonstration. The session will be conducted by members of the eClinicalWorks Healthcare Business Intelligence team - the brains behind the implementation and support of eBO. Attendees are highly recommended to bring their own personal laptops or mobile devices to take notes and follow along. We also recommend that each registered attendant submits a list of their questions before attending the session. This will allow the presenters to select the top requested questions and deliver in practice at the session. Learning Objectives:

    • For the very first time, the eClinicalWorks Business Optimizer (eBO) team is conducting a hands-on Business Intelligence Workshop, and invites all conference attendees to take advantage of this educational and fun session. The workshop will be divided into three focus sessions: (1) Financial Reporting (2) Operational Reporting (3) Clinical Reporting
