High precision laser sensors automatically measure all the wheel dimensions in just a few seconds during the measurement cycle.

RPA

Automatic system which, at the end of the cycle, brings the wheel to a balanced position and holds it braked to allow for the application of the clip assisted and adhesive counterweights.

Automatic function which, depending on the type of wheel, sets the optimal run speed from 70 to 98 rpm: Reduced cycle times. Reduced risks connected to moving parts. Greater energy savings.

3 OP (3 Operator Program)

Allows up to 3 operators to use the machine at the same time. Each operator can use his own favourite settings. Wheel data storage differentiated by operator. Reduction in the dedicated times.

MOBILE Planes

Integrated system in the programme which automatically modifies the position of the balancing surfaces allowing the use of 5 gram multiple counterweights. Ideal when using iron or galvanised adhesive counterweights that cannot be reduced.

Software function which allows the operator to visually inspect any geometric irregularities of the rim and wheel.
