educational building included basic Architectural Model creation for the 4 Floors (Ground, 1st, 2nd and Roof) comprising of Digital Access Area, World Language Room, Large Multipurpose Staff Conference Room, Gymnasium, Book Sale Area, Store, Staff Office, Rest Room, Study Room, Kitchen, Library, Children Program Room, Service Corridor and more.

Challenges & Solutions

Solution: We have raised RFIs to client for the dimension mismatch and other discrepancies in the input document. We have organized Go to Meeting with the client every week to take their suggestion and resolved the concern based on our expertise and research.

Our scope of work for the project included creation of Architectural 3D model of exterior wall, interior wall, curtain wall, ceiling, door, window, roof, We have also created Structural 3D model of Foundation & Footing, Grade Beams, Piles & Pile Caps, Slab on grade, Concrete Wall, Column, Ramps, Floor, Deck, Beams, Tie Column, Bracing and Curb Wall.

Input Challenge: Input Document Mismatch pertaining to mismatch in Room Dimension, Alignment and Fascade Dimension.
