Automatic Submission Runs after Retract Date

- Automatic Submission now runs after Retract Date instead of Due Date to avoid Data Discrepancy errors and student data loss

- Selecting Automatic Submission will require setting Retract Date

- If no late submissions allowed, Retract Date set to same value as Due Date

- “Student identities can be seen by graders” is now default setting

- Setting can be change to anonymous grading, if desired
