KELLY WALLINGFORD - PRESIDENTKelly Wallingford is a Powell

County Kentucky graduate of 1980, and the fall of that year,

started his radio career. Over the past 37 years Kelly has expanded his radio presence to now 8 radio stations. The companies growth and expansion has been extensive, and 2017 marks the transition into Richmond's first TV station, WBON-TV, as well as a digital media team producing web services, apps, content marketing and other digital products for our clients in the greater Richmond area.

KRISTI DAZEVEDO - GRAPHIC DESIGNER & MARKETING COORDINATORKristi is a graphic designer with a degree from Valdosta State and manages our marketing department. She joined the team with a diverse background of multi-industry experience in both design and production. Her role has evolved from designer into corporate PR, brand management, social management and website UX. Kristi is also HubSpot certified.

STEVEN BARKER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/PROJECT LEADSteven Barker is a Military Veteran with 20+ years of proven experience in the United States Army. Steve has a comprehensive background in personnel and equipment management and international agency coordination derived from conducting domestic and global operations. Steve has degrees from Trident University and Barstow College in Interdisciplinary Studies and Business Management. Steven utilizes his extensive background to manage projects and business development.

ANDREW TIETZ - CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICERWith a BS from Purdue, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience producing and directing a wide variety of graphics and software development tasks in the areas of Game Development, Modeling & Simulation, 3D Animation, Video Post-Production, and Book production. His passion is to understand and apply emerging tech to solve problems of any type.

MIKE WALSH- COMPUTER ANIMATION SPECIALISTMike has a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Animation

USC School of Cinema & TV, Los Angeles, CA. He is a feature

film animation veteran, and brings a strong set of skills in filmic storytelling as well as technical expertise in Motion Capture, 3D imaging and animation. Mike has worked on over 30 movies, TV shows and AAA game titles at studios such as Sony Pictures Entertainment and Rhythm & Hues. Mike was the virtual cinematographer on such films as Oz the Great and Powerful, The Amazing Spiderman and Green Lantern.

MATT DUERR - VIDEOGRAPHER &MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Matt hails originally from the west coast where he began his

career with a degree from Brooks Institute for Animation/Visual Effects. He has since worked on major projects such as the Lindsey Stirling “Senbonzakura” music video on which he was the Video Effects Producer. His areas of expertise also include post production and motion graphics.

TIM CHRISMAN - DESIGNER/DEVELOPERTim is a game designer/developer who is fascinated with new technology and strives to be on the cutting edge. Tim currently uses Unity 3D as his engine of choice for game development. He has been developing games in Unity 3D for 8+ years and have been keeping up-to-date with all the latest releases. He has a background in development, mobile applications, level design, 3D art, C#, motion capture, debugging, augmented reality and virtual reality.

SAM KNOX - DESIGNER/DEVELOPERSam is a game designer/developer who has computer science degree from University of Virginia and also holds a Masters in Interactive Entertainment from Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy. In the past, Sam has led data mining projects for major companies such as PepsiCo and is currently developing gaming solutions in Unity 3D. Sam participates in Game Jams and spends a lot of time studying the newest technologies.

DANA GRIZZLE - CONTENT LEADDana L. Grizzle is a Lean Six

Sigma-certified technical writer with 14 years’ experience and success in federal and commercial writing and editing.

She specializes in proposal, grant, business, and marketing

communications in the Information Technology and Communications industries. Dana has provided writing and editing support and training services for multiple clients. She possesses a B.A. in English from Christopher Newport University, where she earned a position in the Iota Omicron chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, International English Honor Society. Over the past 10 years, she has developed and managed proposal and business processes, pipelines, tailored inbound content creation and projects. Dana is also HubSpot certified.

ALISON GREEN - 3D ARTISTAlison is a recent Webster University graduate with a Bachelor's in Animation. Her primary focus is 3D animation, modeling, and texturing and works extensively at analyzing visualization storyboards and translating these ideas into a game engine environment.

JOSH BUCKNER - VIDEO/PRODUCTIONJosh is a Full Sail grad and got his production start on the west

coast. He has managed broadcast media for outlets such as

PBS and ESPN and assisted in production on a number of major motion pictures. He brings over 20 years of experience in television, film production, post production, website design, project management, application design, technology troubleshooting, and client relations to the table.
