Teacher and Staff Thanksgiving Appreciation Pie

What is your favorite Thanksgiving pass time? Is it eating with family, watching “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” or planning your black-Friday strategy? Whichever way we enjoy spending this time, it’s not the same without some delicious pie!

In a show of teacher and staff appreciation this Thanksgiving, we want to ask families to sign-up for one teacher/staff member and bring that person one pie on Friday, November 20, 2015.To make the gesture special, we encourage you to choose a scripture that you would like to share with your chosen teacher or staff member and attach it to the outside covering of the pie. It can be an old favorite scripture of yours, a scripture that you have recently enjoyed or a scripture for the special occasion.

Parents can stop by or call the office at 832-301-3100 to signup to bring a Thanksgiving Pie for a teacher and/or staff member. Please contact Mr. Josh Rodriguez at [email protected] if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for sending a book to share with needy children in the Houston area. Our St. Nicholas Book Drive was a huge success! May God bless our friends at Volunteer Houston. If you forgot to send in your book, feel free to drop it off in the front office on Monday. Our 7th and 8th grade students will participate in a packing party for a local school that will include a book, small educational toy, and treats.
