Extracting Kiwi DNA.

What We Did! We followed the method on the sheet,

on how to produce our DNA solution. We drew diagrams in our books on the method we used to complete our experiment.

What We Used! 1.Water 2.Fairy Liquid 3.Kiwi 4.Salt 5.Beaker 6.Test tube 7. Filter Paper 8. Funnel 9.Chopping tile 10.Butter Knife 11.Spatula 12.Test tube rack 13.Water Bath 14.OUR BRAINS!!

Conclusion! We enjoyed this experiment because it

was immensely interesting, in addition we gained an outstanding outcome. We

watched the DNA develop before our eyes as the reaction occurred and

began extracting the stringy particles of DNA.
