What is the Secret to True Success? — A little Horn through the voice of Daniel’s Principles

Ambitious people and individuals drive themselves on knees in order to achieve success.  They want success at all cost, they constantly put their endeavours on being successful. But what is true success? There always exist a standard of godly success, as given in Scriptures.  Mr. Jerry Johnston calls these principles of Leadership, Success and Achievement through absolute reliability of Daniel’s word that you will discover in jerry’s book of Daniel Leadership, Success, and Achievement. Daniel was the faithful man of God, who demonstrated his faith by praying to God even though he knew that doing so would endanger his life! The record of Daniel’s righteous conduct is not confined to the book he authored. God, through the prophet Ezekiel, stated: “‘Even if these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they would deliver only themselves by their righteousness,’ says the Lord GOD” (Ezekiel 14:14, emphasis added).

God saw these fruits of Daniel and his three friends and gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom. To Daniel, God also gave understanding in all visions and dreams (Daniel 1:17). As a result of God’s blessings upon Daniel and his three friends, the king “found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm” (verse 20).

When King Nebuchadnezzar had a dream that troubled him in the second year of his reign, God revealed the meaning of the dream to Daniel in a night vision (Daniel 2:19). “Then the king promoted Daniel and gave him many great gifts; and he made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief administrator over all the wise men of Babylon” (Daniel 2:48).

Meaning? Daniel has already learnt to dream… which is probably the first step to achieving success. Admittedly, Mr. Johnston is a great senior Christian pastor who has spiritual gifts of faith, leadership, evangelism, teachings and discernment, his books on any topic that covers the pages of godly words which draws you out from shallow waters of ignorance- we can never know the depths or the reason behind his choices of inspiration.
