How many participants had received an HIV test ever in their life?Almost 100%, including among MSM and people who inject drugs (both over 90%).

What was the prevalence of HIV?Among MSM, almost 40% had HIV. Among people who inject drugs, about 10%.

Among those living with HIV, how many had ever seen an HIV care provider?About 100% among MSM. Among people who inject drugs, around 70%.How many were taking antiretroviral medications?About 90% among MSM. Among people who inject drugs, around 80%.

How many had achieved viral suppression?Around 85% among MSM, and 65% among IDU.

Access to services along the care continuumAmong the study’s participants from 2017-2019...

There have been major strides in curbing the HIV epidemic.

Now, efforts are needed to address the social determinants of health and increase

access to PrEP.
