•Make sure that all necessary items/ events are in your action steps that cover this time period for your SIP. (The October 1st will be approving items till January 1st )

•A new Action Step Authorization (ASA) form will be drawn up to reflect action steps & $ resource in this SIP. This will go through an approval process. Spending of money cannot occur until this ASA form is approved.

•If you are a Title I School make sure that you are including the 10 components in your plan. Contact your planning facilitator to receive an explanation.

•If you are a school in high priority you are required to make sure certain elements are in your plan. Your planning facilitator can assist you with this information.

•Schools in corrective action will have their SIP forwarded to Brenda Elliot-Johnson.

GOAL 1 – Action Plan Development

Template 4.1 – (Rubric Indicator 4.1. Revised DATE: This will be used to internally track revisions of your plan.

Section A –Describe your goal and identify which need(s) it addresses. (Remember that your previous components identified the strengths and challenges/needs.)
