What is Executive Coaching?
Executive Coaching is an investment an organization makes in a high-performing and high-potential senior leader, in order to increase that Leader’s effectiveness, self-awareness, and readiness for promotion.
I work one-on-one with the Leader on a confidential basis over a period of time. The Leader and I co-design the process to achieve the results the Leader wants to achieve. The process typically involves interviews with the Leader’s manager and others, assessment instruments, and observation of the Leader in action.
Who benefits from Executive Coaching?
• A senior leader who is taking on greater responsibility, such as being promoted to a larger role, entering a new company, leading a major organizational change, or seeking a deeper understanding of himself or herself as a leader. • An organization preparing its leaders for greater responsibility and success.

• Short term: The Leader successfully navigates the demands of his or her current role and environment, in order to increase business success and personal satisfaction. • Long term: The Leader gains the self-awareness and skills to continuously re-create success on an ongoing basis, responding in real time to changes in the organization, to increasing complexity in the organization’s environment, and to personal growth.
