What is Executive Coaching? Executive Coaching is an investment an organization makes in a high-performing and high-potential senior leader, in order to increase that Leader’s effectiveness, self-awareness, and readiness for promotion. I work one-on-one with the Leader on a confidential basis over a period of time. The Leader and I co-design the process to achieve the results the Leader wants to achieve. The process typically involves interviews with the Leader’s manager and others, assessment instruments, and observation of the Leader in action. Who benefits from Executive Coaching?
